The ghastliest piece of cheese you'll see this year

Courtesy of Look around you's Robert Popper (aka Robin Cooper of 'Timewaster' letters, diary and radio phone-in fame) comes this horrible, horrible segment of the 1970s. Watch out for the truly sick-making but hilarious keyboard solo at 3.03 minutes.

Brilliant stuff. Visit Robert's site at every opportunity.

Praise Tarvu.

Muskrat love was such a cheesy song to begin with. My brother always said that Captain and Tenielle's music sounded like someone farting bubbles in the bathtub.

Debby - You know what? I don't think he was even a real Captain. Good luck with the final chemo! Fingers, toes, eyes etc. all crossed here! x

Yep. And then I'm getting the hell out of Dodge for a week. You cannot believe how much I am looking forward to this. I'm so looking forward to it, that I am now learning to give myself my own shots, in my own stomach.

Debby - Good for you. It can't be easy. I visit your (frankly) inspiring blog frequently but I don't often comment ... usually because I really don't know what to say. I'd ask every reader of this blog to read it. I really would. You are a trooper. x

They had about five keyboards set up there... nice waste of plastic. OMG that was truly awful. But looking at the little blonde girl, I swear I had the same outfit. Yikes. Glad the 70s are well behind me.

I'll be visiting Debby's blog.
