Rue Britannia Part 2

You may recall one of my rants earlier this year about national identity (If not, read it here). Well, here's an update for you.

On this week's Museum of Curiosity, Bill Bailey explained that in late 2007, The Times newspaper ran a competition to create a new motto for England of not more than five words. The winner?

Dipso. Fatso. Asbo. Bingo. Tesco.

Perfect.
